if the transpose is one, two or more oktaves this would be a soloution.
but when you want to traspose with 5 or 7 semitones, you don't see any more which note is played. then you always have to traspose the note in you head, when you add new notes.

NRPN gives you more controllers but not a bigger resolution. But anyway, he talks about adjustments with the mouse and not over midi. i own the suite but anyway i find it's a good idea.
if you only need a simple synth-sound you could also use it to save cpu.
and one oscilator would be enough. if you need more you could layer two anilogs in a rack.

And please add the option to map each note duration to different keys/buttons rather than just a pot or knob. +1000 Think of it, pitching up means speeding. A buffer can only reproduce a past sound. If it plays to fast, it will go faster than the music itself, which is impossible. The only solution...
