Thanks, so I actually hadn´t missed anything in TFM then, it´s the program´s fault.

That sounds like you need to change the trigger settings in the clip properties from legato to the other property(do not have Live open as I am at work). I´ve set the "Global quantization" to None, it still takes a second or two before it takes effect, first blinking for a moment.

In Preferences I´ve set the count-in at None and the same at the top in the sequencer (just right of the Back to arrangement-button). I may buy a sample library that come sampled in 24 bit 48 KHz.

I usually use 24 bit 44.1 in Ableton. Would there be any problem adding this 48 KHz library in a 44.1-project?
