The dotted line usually should be on the value which you last set MANUALLY, or atleast the DEFAULT value (when u opened the set).
Your's is just random or what?

So yeah the buffer is now at 512. For fingerdrumming thats already too high for me (13-14ms latency).
The soundcard drivers are up to date.
