The Q6600 was a great processor. It's not always about ghz but architecture.

And it can take of valuable drive space. This is the worst thing about Live. No other DAW has this behavior. This didn't exist in Live 8.

They still put those PS/2 slots on boards. There are days I'd prefer those than the wireless. I don't have to change batteries or deal with those wireless things not getting a signal.

The reality is there is no grass is greener since everyone is a victim to the (d)evolving OS.

The orchestra stuff takes up over 8gb and isn't really as functional as the ones in Kontakt. I have so much 3rd party stuff I ignore most of the stuff in Suite. I probably wont upgrade to Suite anymore.

I'm impressed that you actually could run stuff on that. Is that a laptop? Those are almost cell phone specs.
