ill gates/thephatconductor talking about putting 128 samples in a Sampler selectable by the Chain Selector.

I am considering racking up all my samples (mostly drum hits) on to separate Samplers, then assigning a macro to the chain selector so I can flip through them like presets. So I'll have a chain of up to 128 samplers on each pad of a drum rack, figure times like at least 16 pads, thats over 2000 samp...

One question--if you set the variable randomize function in el Effo to 100% is it a completely random LFO, or does it still resemble the waveform that you are randomizing?

I am looking for something similar to the "miditax" device but with predictable/programmable behavior; ie steal every other note or every third note. Does such a device exist?

I downloaded the LineFO 1.2 and it is great but unfortunately you cannot adjust the amount of the random LFO. Is there a device out there that can do this? I want to control ableton devices with the LFO. I tried "advanced lfo tools" but this cannot directly control ableton devices.

Is there a way, with Ableton's plugins and racks, to filter every other MIDI note, no matter what that note is? Sort of like how the Random plug works in Alt mode but instead of transposing notes it would just mute them, or filter them?

Is there an arpeggiator out there that you can program your own "styles" for (term taken from Live's arp., designating the pattern of notes played, Lives arp has 18 styles such as "up, down, updown"... etc") I would like to create my own styles. I am thinking this might be p...

also I should add that I use a utility plug on the master, width turned down to 50%. I don't like the sound of crossfeed plugins such as redline monitor and canz3d. I realize it's not crossfeed but it helps alot with stereo imaging.
