Very good point raised by LFO8. One tip on this front is to create the widening effect whilst running the sound into a utility set to 0% ie mono. Often it's possible to achieve a good result in this manner and then turn off the utility to get the nice stereo spread as well.

@eyeknow - the audio is definitely there but it's high frequency ride cymbals.

The main trick with Autobeat is the random function and the note probabilities you see in the video. Personally I found it useful for inspiration and glitch stuff whereas i would still use Push for my main loop programming.
