Who cares? It's just another aid, seemingly hated by the superstars with all the talent. Actually, IMO, if they had real talent, creativity, and originality, (like I wish I had!) they'd be musicians and not DJs... REAL men beatmatch and harmonic mix by turning Edison wax cylinder cranks at differen...

hmmmm, bit concerned about this. I'm not an old skooler who wants to see djing to stay the same way forever, but this is just silly. With enough practice most can beat match competently, but this is the true test of a naturally musical ear - training or no training! You either can or you can't, lol....

Does anyone know where you can really tall ones, that'll hold a big monitor/hi fi speaker? These would actually be for my Djing monitors. The surface I have my decks on doesn't have enough room for speakers. A tall stand that could keep them at almost head height would be very cool.. Anyone got any ...

I really wanted a monome but got cold feet at the last minute. When i realised all the messing about involved getting one to work with live on a pc I didn't want to risk the cash. From looking at their website it appears up until the middle of last year they were going to develop the mapd applicatio...

Ok, hopefully this should work, hehe. Pic 1 - This is an example four cells, each showing their audio assignment underneath (17, 18, 19, 20). http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q223/broken_specs/batt_1.jpg Pic 2 - Just to make doubley sure, here's the volume fader of the cell sending through channel...

Hi ARDJ, thanks for the response. Unfortunately, trying to do exactly what you've said is what's causing the problem. I'm assigning mono channels to each cell as you have described, but cannot select the corresponding audio input inside a Live4 channel. It just doesn't make any sense which is why i'...

Strange Audio routing issue Battery > Live 4
Hello everyone, This is my first post (though I have been lurking around for a while), so remember i'm new and go easy on me ;-) After experimenting with Battery in Live 4.0 for some time, I have decided to route the content of each cell to it's own audio track, for more accurate mixing purposes. In...
