Re: Arturia Minilab
Wait you're post is confusing. Are you talking about the VST or the hardware controls? It sounds like you are talking about the knobs on the device, but you kep saying the VST. When is it super slow? -When you are using the hardware knobs to control the MiniLab software parameters? -When you are usi...

Re: Arturia Minilab
I was going to get one of these, but that doesn't sound good. Have you tried using the control editor that comes with it? Maybe there is some kind of acceleration or speed control?

Re: Any serious v9.0.4 release issues out there to report of yet
9.04 loads much faster for me than 9.03, which is a surprise since there is no mention of that in the release notes. No more spinning beach ball for a minute after loading.

Re: finally... BITWIG STUDIO! beta 'soon'...
I see http://www.gear4music.com is now advertising Bitwig release date of 12 June 13 @ £299 (Ouch)! OK, cheaper than Live Suit 9. May have got it if... it was £99..... "Estimated delivery date" means absolutely nothing when the company hasn't officially announced a release date. Gear4musi...

Re: Why I will not make music with something like "push"
Don't mean offense, but the original post makes very little sense to me. I don't understand the point. I would be like saying "why I don't need a midi keyboard controller...". Well ok then. Push has three main purposes: 1)Drum Kit controller and sequencer 2)Melodic instrument controller 3)...

Re: Post Your Push VST Mappings
This YouTube video explains the process: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ns9XYcaKLho a|x i posted that on the last page and said that method only allows 8 parameters since there are only 8 macros. i think you just hit configure and select the parameters in the order you want and it goes to next bank...

Re: which synth...
It amazes me when someone asks something straight forward like "which of the following synths should I focus on", which is obviously meant to reduce options and people suggest more synths, which is just the opposite of the goal. I guess people only read subject titles sometimes... Anyways,...

Predator is not older than synths in Komplete, it is newer.

Re: SL Ultimate Control (new custom script for Novation SL MkII)
Looks great, looking forward to trying it. I assume it works fine with the mkI? I think the worst part of the regular script is that if you are controlling a device with multiple parameter pages, you have to step through them one at a time by pressing the buttons beside the LCD. With Push or the APC...

Re: Maschine Expansions.....Also, why Jesus chose Maschine!
I think the Maschine library has lots of great sounds. However I haven't heard any demos from the expansion packs that sound remotely interesting. Usually just bland boring house/techno sounds.

Re: JBRIDGE COMPLAINT DO NOT BUY!!!!
Interesting, in that case, how I have a Mac/AU-only version of Ohmicide. I guess I'm special. ffs. :x Ohmicide fukin rules! :x You used to be able to buy a single plug in type license. https://www.ohmforce.com/Pricing.do That was pretty weird, and they stopped doing it. You're still special though....

Re: Push Secrets - aka tiny tips
Most people probably know this already but for anyone starting out with Push: One thing I think is cool is that Ableton's more complex devices have a "best of" parameter page now. So you first select a device like Operator you get the most useful parameters but then you have to press the I...

Re: Scale resets to C Major when re-opening projects!
I can understand that it reverts to a given scale. But I hate that it reverts to in key mode when I keep putting it back to chromatic.
