So I did a clean re-install and it works now. I am able to open it up...however...when I open the LiquidMix up, it says that the device is not connected or can not detect it. The lights are on and display green. Why can't the LiquidManager see the device? Had a similar thing happen when I installed...

i'm on 10.5.7 on a mac pro dual quad.. looks like you have the newer mac pro which probably came with 10.6 standard. I've still been hesitant to upgrade to snow leopard cuz i'm afraid some plugs might not be stable yet on the new OS.. I'm not missing much on 10.6 so I just wait.. and yes, liquid mi...

i think you meant firewire.. but thinking back now, i think i had to set up a custom folder for the liquid mix plug-in.. i do remember having a problem when i first got it a couple years ago.. I'll have to double check when i get home and post back info later cuz i could be thinking of another plug...

I hate to break to you, but the HyperControl on the Axiom Pro's are not compatible with Live. double check the folders to see if they were installed correctly. I have the regular liquid mix but it should be the same.. but with mine, as soon as my computer fires up, the liquid mix manager becomes active.. i don't know why yours shows up when you open ableton.. but yeah, double check the fold...
