WaveRider,

I changed the volume control of my Master Channel and it couldn't undo this. There was no vst in the Master Channel. I never had this issue with 6.0.7.

thanks for your speedy reply

Undo - "Change Parameter #6"

Hi all, Lately my 'Undo' option does not work for all changes I make. Undoing a deleted clip works fine but changing the midi information or a channel or vst parameter such as the master volume control does not. Instead of saying Undo 'Change volume control' for example it gives an Undo 'Change para...

Hi Amaury, thanks for your speedy reply. I have rendered my midi channel while on a 128bpm. The reason I rendered it was because I worked on a particular sound that came from a DEMO vst that was about to expire. Being quite pro-active I rendered it many times both with and without the effects. Also ...

Rendering / Warp

Hi, sorry for this - I guess not a bug but a problem that confuses me to bits. The problem is this: 1. I'm in a 128bpm project and render a midi track. 2. I then preview the resultant audio track at 128bpm and warps. 3. I change tempo to 120bpm and works fine. My question is this (and I have been us...

Please help me understand this. I rendered a track while in a 128bpm project. I then preview my rendered track at 128bpm and warps creating this wobbly effect. I insert it in the timeline, the same. I then change the tempo to 120 and everything sounds ok. But I rendered my track at 128bpm and I want...

By the way, it does happen with 44.1K as well and indeed not all of my tracks are 24-bit 48K however, I do not see why this would affect.

Thanks again!

First of all, thanks everybody for your Live! interest. leedsquietman , I believe you are actually spot on. Warp was active (I initially thought you ment in Options/Preferences) however, this "underwater" or "pumping" effect happens also while previewing my rendered track. I am really sorry if I hav...

Thanks for the speedy replies. I find the Ableton rendering laborious as it is continuously letting me down and end up rendering everything more than twice :). Warp is not turned on. By the way, just to clear something out. The problem is when importing the rendered file back into Ableton. As I said...

Anyone having problems with Rendering Track at 48K?

Hi all, I'm trying to render my final stereo track at 24-bit / 48KHz in order to Master it. The problem I am having is when importing the rendered file back to Ableton. Even though it imports the file fine, I can hear a weird audio artifact which sounds like a 'pumping' effect. I can confirm there i...

it would add another element of randomness. You 're like "What's it gonna be like today?" before you actually open it.

yeah, but imagine you could Ctrl+Select multiple loops in various channels, right click and render them! You can make a coffee while ableton renders. Now you make coffee only when ableton has finished rendering :(

Random Skin

I know this isn't so important but it would be nice to let ableton chose its own skin every time you opened it. This could be a 'random skin' selection under skins.

Right Click, Render!

Hi,

I find all this thing of preparing a loop before rendering a bit laborious. (i.e. dragging loops into the session view, selecting them, setting all properties). Why can we not right click / render? Even better if we can do this with using a shortcut. :)

thanks

Unlcoking Ableton Live

Guys, I have recently formated my disk (due to underperformance) and reinstalled Live from scratch but I didn't realise we could only unlock twice and I'm planning to get a laptop soon and install Live there too. Has anyone had to contact Live Support for this reason? Have you encountered any proble...
