when you hear verb on a mastered track it sounds quite subtle but also very important, im struggling to get that nice balance of a subtle reverb for vocals but without over doing it, i know you can back off the wet dry but some tutorials would be great tried looking on youtube and found nothing but ...

so what sample source would anyone recommend for house? most i find the kicks and sounds are just from loops, the kicks stll have the hat hits behind them and are not very clean really i dont mind spending hours listening to drum hits if the end result works out, but i dont want to spend money on an...

i could do with a good new sample pack for drums, i get sick of all those heavy kicks that are just taken from loops, you can still hear the hi hats or some other clicks that cant be removed without loosing the main feel of the kick, i do group my drums, but worry about compression, and verb mine te...

any tips on this ?
i tend to have all drums on seperate channels then group then, but never know how to use the compressor to make them all gel, also people tell me use some flange on the hats, and saturation on overall drum group

House Beats, better balance / overal mix
i prefer to programme all my drums, so my stuff doesnt sound like a sample cd, but getting the balance, mix and eq right is very difficult, i pan shakers hare left, hard right, low cut high freq drums use groove and try my best to get the mix right, but im still not getting the reults im looking for...

i bought a new barbones pc, upgraded to windows 7, now i have a strange audio feeback all the time, sounds like a fax noise, everytime you click on something and its present when i bounce down tracks, also quick time was working fine, now it plays but no audio, in windows 7 sound properties it shows...

Windows 7 upgrade now mP3 don't run??
Please help I've upgraded from xp to 7 and loads of my mp3 files don't run some that I just bought which run on other pcs. It keep saying file name is bad or file is corrupt hut I know they are not
Is there anything I can do ?
