@ardj : superb tip. i tried it yesterday, but it would be really nice if exactly the frequencies are subtracted that a modulator source is sending out.

@jasinski: read before you write! what you explain is just another average sidechain trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chorus is going to produce a slight delay effect between two signals, one panned each left/right So copying the resulting left side and putting it on the right is going to destroy the chorus effect. who opens up a homepage for live presets?

it would be nice to have a hompepage where one could up and download selfmade presets for live instruments/utilities.
may it be reverb, sampler or arpeggiator.

the first one was a trick that expained how you could fire up a delay(or other fx) automaticly when a clip was stopped.

the second one is about creating filter sweeps. i remember the word "white noise"

the madshifta will give u a very ruff sound (sometimes desired)
you could use the resonator the same way which would give you a more dense vocoderish sound.

i think it has to do something with xp and y soundcard (esi juli@)
when i start a song in winamp it has got the same delay till it starts in the first instance. the second song starts right away. its a driver issue?
