live and project 5 rewiring - CPU hungry?

is it normal for project 5 and live to be pulling 45-50% cpu with nothing running when re-wired? or is there a best practice for keeping this down?

anybody using behringer BCR2000 rotary controller

i like the look of this controller to replace the x-session i have, but i have heard it doesnt work to well with live. can anybody back this up or recommend it?

never neverland is a quality album and it rarely out the stereo. PS is more of dj shadow on the breaks and hip hop tip. i dont think it come close to never neverland but im more of a progressive fan. PS is more raw sounding.

as for the mega dj thing its all a bit over the top now. if you think how many djs have broken through in the last 1-2 years you can count them on one hand. what really pisses me off is how fuckin shite the christmas and new year parties are in the uk now australia is on the scene. you wont see one ...

its a bit much - any takers on this mystery piece of kit being marketed on the high street for lets say 1000GBP upwards. just think how big the cut will be: designer, tester and sponsor! like taking candy from a baby.

forget about it - i sold my bigbox last month to finance the move over to live 4 and project 5. havent looked back. i've been more creative and had a far more rewarding few weeks than i got out of logic in months.

Hi whats the best way to make fine tempo adjustments when using live to dj with. i have assigned the tempo to a knob on the x-session, but the steps are to large [2/3 bpm jumps]. is there a way to make this smoother? i noticed there are midi options when you select [absolute etc] can anyone explain ...
