Re: Clip Behavior
Even though clips within a track have the same name, they are all different clips. If you change an event inside a midi clip you'll have to duplicate it as many times as you want to achieve the desired result.

Re: sample bit depth question
In Live you need to resample in 24bit AFAIK. In the preference, set the recording bit depth at 24 bit and resample your kick.

Thanks to all the people who gave me constructive feedback throughout the making of this album. Two tracks for listen below, enj...

I also have a pair of 8030 and am so happy with them! No sub but I do loads of A/B comparisons with commercial tracks of the same genre as mine, for bass management especially. As you said very very revealing, often to the point of embarrassment. I have learned how to mix down with them and have bee...

Re: Trifonic Tutorial Questions
So, onto their latest tutorial http://nextstepaudio.com/ on FM synthesis 101 (cont), is there any way you can get any of the carriers in Operator to feed back on itself, like Brian does with the Logic FM synth? Click on the Osc A shell and on the right you'll see a feedback parameter or go to p386 ...

Re: Arming a track to an specific chain?
I don't konw if I understand your problem correctly but you can change the chain by mapping one of the rack knobs to the chain selector and change the chain from there either with a midi controller or the mouse.

Re: Audiomidi.com new no-brainer deal: Amplitude 2 Live $15
How does Amplitude 2 Live compare to using a line 6 pod? At the moment i use the free amp emulation slego by Overloud http://bit.ly/bqsIgz
it works ok but not very clean and tweakable. So i wanted to go for the line 6 pod until i saw this thread.
