Re: Error deleting audio files

Open a new set (or close live), navigate to the project file and delete whatever samples you want. As long as the project isn't open, you can do it. I go through all my projects once a month or so and just delete all unwanted stuff at once (and sometimes stumble upon things I like and resample them ...

Re: Question about importing music to Ableton

Go to your explorer (or use Ableton's browser) and find the audio files themselves. You can't drag from WMP and you can't drag folders, only the actual audio file.

Re: Screwed up on the BPM

Wow.

Um.

So you have a clip that plays at 130BPM when the master tempo is set to 120BPM? And you want to fix it but haven't tried changing the tempo on the clip itself?

I honestly have no idea what you're asking. 8O

Re: loop a scene

I'd say just make all the clips the same length. If for some reason you don't want this, use follow actions. Set all the follow actions to be the same and assign the chance to a midi controller so you can control whether it loops or not. Maybe if you elaborate more on what you're trying to accomplis...

Re: DAFT PUNK - The Son of Flynn Rework

I wouldn't use the term 'artist' to describe daft punk. 'Thieves' seems more appropriate, considering they just steal songs and call them their own.

Re: Three questions from a novice user

Hi! 1. Switching from track to track can be done in many ways, and the method will differ depending on what you have contained in your sets. If your sets are just audio, for example, loading all your tracks into one set won't be a problem. However if your sets contain a lot of MIDI devices and plugi...

Why not just use short quarter inch cord to connect your computer's output to whatever microphone input jack you use for skype?
