It may be a case of not setting the warp markers EXACTLY on the transient peak of the beat. Sometimes it can be hard to tell exactly where the kick begins depending on how it was produced. Had a similar problem early on in the v10 beta, and another user figured it was related to these "Ableton Project Info" folders.

Sounds like your piano and kick occupy some of the same frequencies.

You could try to cut some of the lower frequencies from the piano so they don't interfere with the kick..

Or use sidechain compression to duck the piano volume slightly when the kick hits.

Even if you create one yourself you then still need to drive it from MIDI where you need to program all that up...
