i do try this, i cut out a little notch for the snare from the kick freq
and cut the low end from snares/ hats etc, cut some hi end from the kicks,

maybe its all about compression and i need to learn more about this,

well im not using hdmi im using the thunderbolt to vga connection,
and there are only 2 options of screen resolution available to me, way too large or too large,

i just bought a mac mini and i cant get the resolution correct on my display,

on my pc ableton sat perfectly in place so i can see all the screen, the only option on this mac
is the make the screen even bigger which doesnt help

can any one suggest how i work this out please ?

I didn't change any sample rate until support told me to, Abelton freezes all the time I can't get anything done, usually if I try to have 2 instances of kontakt Everything just stops, I was exporting the entire track as a song this is where all the pops were coming in I've lowered sample rate right...

usually when im happy with the sound i do bounce to audio to save ram etc,
but seems to be freezing ableton all the time, even patch browsing in native instruments, now
halion sonic wont even load a patch, just goes half way and hangs, cant get anything done
such a pain

Ableton told me to alter my settings as native instruments plugs keep freezing everything This didn't help and now when I bounce my file sounds terrible. My projects keep freezin, kontakt, halion sonic
each time I open task manager mem is spiking
I just can't get anything done I feel like smashing the pc up
I have 4th of ram but windows 7 won't see it all ad I'm jot 64 bit
Could it be a faulty ram chip?

That's a cool method I can see that being useful , take the vocal in sections and

Is there a plug that can help with volume change ?
I know compressors can reduce volume but I don't want to squash
The signal, only thing I can think Is automate the volume
