I'm running an Onyx Sattelite on a Santa Rosa MBP 2.2. I believe it has the TI chipset. It powers the device fine.

Check out page 56 of the manual. It's really easy to drag in sets

1. Record Automation to Session
2. LFO/Envelopes to parameters.
3. Better MIDI contoller ability/OSC

Check it:
Go to Render.
Choose "All Tracks" under Render Track.

You CAN have two instances of Live running at once! Duplicate your Live folder (in applications). Then you can open both copies.
