Yes it is Ikea, Galant iirc. It's modular, so you can keep adding to it.
But i had to modify that keyboard sliding shelf, make it lower, because it was meant for the pc keyboard and didn't have enough height.
Works great like this.

d) there is no solution, you have to do it manually.
e) copy macro mapping to siblings is an often requested feature, if you search the forum there is a thread about it.
