Re: Monomod Thread (b932, Monotes)

Thanks man, don' t lose to much time on this, it must be something specific to my system. In think I recently updated Java, I'll try to check that as well. XP 32 it is, by the way

Re: Monomod Thread (b932, Monotes)

Mmm, must be my system then. When I start Monomod nothing comes up in the Max window (it doesn't even come to that) Just tried to install Max 5.1.6 again, but results are the same. I am not too experienced with crashlogs, but think I have managed to save something using Dr Watson; I'll PM that to yo...

@amounra93
I'm using all the latest versions. Thanks, removing the external is one of the few things I did not try yet!
I'll be back ;-)

Monomod (b94)

Am starting to pull out my hair: monomod & children worked beautifully. All of a sudden: whatever Monomod module I load in Live, I get a total freeze and have to close the program. Could it be that updating Itunes changed something in Bonjour, causing all this ? Has anybody else experienced the same...

Re: Consistency with swing in arp and beat repeat.

@glitchrock-buddha: thanks, but that's not it. It only happens when an automation slope is reached (or while dragging the gate dial with yr mouse) As soon as automation is leveled the 16ths reappear, also at an automation level of 100 %. (as I set the gate dial at 50 % on arpeggiator itself, that's ...

Re: Consistency with swing in arp and beat repeat.

Mmm, the mode chooser allows you to choose between; straight, swing 8, 16 and 32 and for instance, when choosing swing 16 the groove pool amount indeed adds swing from 0 to 130 %. However something strange happens when I draw GATE automation in a clip. Try this: set groove pool amount to 50%, set ar...

Re: APC40 Template - Shop Now Open!!

Man you are fast!!! Thanks for that, now at least I can open the sets.

For now I have to investigate how this thing is working. At first look, button presses you describe in the manual do not seem to work, but that might me just me. Let me test for a while, and I'll report back.

Cheers,
B

Re: APC40 Template - Shop Now Open!!

Hey D,

Sorry to report that I have the same problem while using a similar desktop setup as Tomoram.
This still happens with the latest incarnation 5.5 (out of memory etc) Mmm, any ideas ?

Thanks,
Bert

Re: Time Freezing with MAX?

EDIT: Odd, I redownloaded same version and it works, sorry!

Mmm, after upgrading to the latest Max (for Live) version, grainfreeze instantly crashes Ableton.
Worked perfect before this.

Best,
Bert

Re: [Share] Floating Step Sequencer (Version 4)

@Jon

Holy cow, it swings! Thanks, you took the time to customize the thing, it would be impolite not to test each and every feature. I really dig the extra CC tab you added, by the way.
Best,
Bert

Re: [Share] Floating Step Sequencer (Version 4)

Thnx for the feedback Jon; I did what you suggested, copied the swingfile and placed it in a separate folder with the floating seq, but: still no swing. I am a total Max noob but opened both seqs in Max anyway to see if I could spot a difference in patching between the two seqs, but of course: nothi...

Re: [Share] Floating Step Sequencer (Version 4)

Man, you were quick to reply; I almost immediately edited my message, copy/paste works, sorry !
The swing thing: strange thing is, swing works in the original seq.

Just thought I mention it.

Thanks,
Bert
