Re: [Share] Floating Step Sequencer (Version 4)

Man, you were quick to reply; I almost immediately edited my message, copy/paste works, sorry !
The swing thing: strange thing is, swing works in the original seq.

Just thought I mention it.

Thanks,
Bert

Re: [Share] Floating Step Sequencer (Version 4)

Hey Jon, Thanx, it gets better with every update! Two questions: Although I placed yr seq in the same folder as the 'original' I can't get the swing function to work. What do I do wrong ? The copy/paste function; how is it supposed to work ? I have no succes by just selecting the numbers in the two ...

Re: CS´StepSQ - phats mod V1

Man, first of all: thanx for your hard work !
I am trying to get this to work, and am not quite sure how.
In your setup page, I don't see a dropdown menu for selecting the running lights, could it be
that something's wrong there ? (In your first version it worked)

Cheers,
Bert

Install problem Max for Live

Hi guys, I may do something wrong here, but: I followed the manual installed Live 8.1 first, then Max (in standard path). There is no sign of Max in Ableton, not in Preferences / File/folder, not in the library apps. Should I delete my unlock file and authorize again ? I am on XP by the way. Thanx, ...

Re: [Share] Floating Step Sequencer (Version 3)

Thanx, Jon. When I download your updated version, I get the 'standard' step sequencer.
Could it be that you uploaded the wrong file, or am I doing something totally wrong ?

Best,
Bert

Re: Monome Emulator for APC40- BIG UPDATE! - More Fun!

Mike, Could it be that Live 8.05 throws a spanner in the works ? On XP I seem to have lost the 'normal' apc40 page / functionality now.... Best, Bert UPDATE: sorry, after some restarts, it got it working again. Now, if I only could get those fader rows to work with different CC's (see earlier post) ...

Re: Monome Emulator for APC40- BIG UPDATE! - More Fun!

Mike: Wow, very nice!!! I'm on XP, Monomulator 1.0 works beautifully. One question about the slider-page: no matter what I try,Live just receives channel 11, CC 0 messages (on all rows) I reserved midiyokes channel 4 for this, changing the channel/CC numbers in monomulator has no effect. I suppose I...

Re: Complex Pro..audio glitching

Yup, I have the same problem, only in complex pro mode. Which is a pity, as I really like the sonic results this mode produces. The glitches are not too loud, but definitely audible.

Collision modulation bug ?

In Collision, while assigning pitch modulation to my keyboards mod wheel, I found this: I assigned LFO 1 to Res 1 & 2 Pitch, in the midi tab I assigned mod wheel to LFO 1 Depth as Destination A and set Amount A to 100 %, expecting no modulation with the mod wheel down, and modulation with the wh...

Re: Latin Percussion audition very slow

Yep, I mentioned this during beta testing, and started a similar thread, I have the same problem.
I recently also noticed on one friend's Mac and another one's PC they have shorter loading times,
strange indeed.

Hope this gets solved.

Best,
Bert

Slow loading times latin percussion

Already mentioned this in the 8 betabugs forum; loading latin percussion files takes a long time. Although improved in Live 8.1, it still is rather slow in my opinion. The dragging now takes approx. 3 seconds, which I suppose is not too bad, but the actual loading of latin percussion tracks still ta...
