You can drag around and rearrange your individual parameter configurations to your liking.
Also, you can right-click on the top bar of the Live Device and choose "save as default configuration" ...

Once you get some practice with it, you'll be knocking out kickass patches in no time, and you'll be glad of the low CPU, non-distracting interface and tight integration with Live. A Wavetable synth designed especially for use with Push.

I forgot to mention, I don't use or recommend Automap.

Both great keyboards. I've owned both. For fluid, expressive playing, the Novation is better in my opinion. The AKAI keys are just a bit heavier and springy. Auto Filter and Compressor both come with Live 9 standard.

Operator is an optional extra, worth every penny. There are many free VST plugin synth alternatives anyway.
