7.0.14 Instruments Folder gone?

I've used the drum racks & other Instruments within the Instruments folder inside of the Live Devices drop down.
Suddenly today.... it's gone. The Audio Effects & Midi Effects are there, but the Instrument folder is gone. I'm using 7.0.12 in the mean time.

Any clues?

Thanks!!

well on a mckie control drumracks when they are folded open don't map to the faders, so then you're back to the mouse for setting levels SUCKS!!!! It should map to the faders when drumrack/folder track is open, and not map when it's closed. Computer! It'd be great if Grouped Tracks freed up the Fad...

Group Tracks..... And Mackie MCU

I love the fact that Live 8 will have the ability to group tracks.
Once a set of say 4 or 6 tracks are grouped, will one fader be assigned to control that subgroup?

Does anyone have an idea how this would work with an MCU (or really any controller)?

Thanks!

At a recent Live Clinic in Fairfax Virginia - Houston Singletary hinted at that.
I'd say we'll see something.

Novation Remote LE Tips needed - Please

Hello. I'm using my Remote 25 LE with Live 7.0.12. I have a few questions: 1. I've installed (replaced) my Ableton Template.als. In new projects, the knobs & buttons function OK. However when I open up an older project, none of the functions work. Ableton shows that it receiving midi data but no...

What software were you looking to purchase for $8K?
Curious.

Obviously Chris J never worked in a studio prior to the days of DAW's. Tape machines don't always work. Consoles have flakey channels. Mic power supply failures.... etc. You learn how to do and use "work-arounds" Of course in both cases you should "own" the recording equipment fi...

We are working on a solution which rescales exponential volume curves to MIDI controller values and this should also provide the necessary functions to eventually change the MCU script.

This sounds like they have a plan at least.
That's good.
