To my untrained ears, there is some real nice stuff done already (macro mapped and everything) in the preset audio effect racks. Check the mastering and helper sub folder, as well as a few in the performance folder. I used to use CamelPhat and MixPack on almost everything, not anymore. I'm trying to...

It would be cool if everybody who makes a pack would respect these few rules,
that could keep everybodys library folder cleaner.
I like that idea +1.

The new install method works fine (for me at least). I like how you utilize the project manager so well, maybe you could do a little lesson on how to work with it, because to be honest even after reading the Ableton documentation I'm a little lost sometimes. About the rackpack: Really brilliant stuf...

Urs said in a thread at KvR that he had already changed the link, however, he was giving people till Monday Oct 16, to purchase for $169. I believe if you click on the link it will come up for $169. If not email Urs.

It really is a piece of work. Can do just about anything, even some PM. Picked it up a few months ago, when it was still in beta... hardly use anything else these days. It is pretty nice on the CPU as well, considering how large it sounds. I belive Urs said he is keeping the pre-order price of 169 u...

does the drag n drop work between Liveslice and Live, and to and from??
No, but I haven't found it to be a problem as I do it all in LS.

LiveSlice is great for a number of reasons, I'll try to give you an idea just using some of my favorite features. I am not a jedi master with liveslice, for the real experts you'll need to go to the LS forum on KvR. 1. To my very amateur ears the time stretch algo used by LS sounds better than Live'...

The library and its quirky functions are a cumbersome pain in the ass...I understand the impulse to provide users with a way to manage complex projects, but most of the time I'd rather rely on my own file management skills. At least that way my own idiosyncracies translate equally across all the ap...
