NI Komplete Kontrol M32?
Has anyone used KK M32 with Live yet? It looks pretty close to what I've wanted from Ableton themselves; i.e. just a small 32 key controller with 8 knobs (plus a bit extra). From what I understand, the scale, chord and arpeggio features are only available in NI's software, but even so, I think this ...

Wow! I thought I'd never see the day. What's next? VST3 support?

Re: Live 10.1
Nice update! I look forward to it. I'm excited about the new automation features. I'll be typing in automation breakpoint values like there's no tomorrow. The Simple Delay / Ping Pong merger was kind of a no-brainer too.

Hold/sustain button for Push
Hi. I'd love it if one of the buttons on Push would act as a sustain button. I have two mini keyboards that have this function (M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 and Keith McMillen K-Board). How about if pressing SELECT would have this additional function? It's possible that I haven't thought this through ...

Where are all the 8x endless rotaries controllers?
I don't understand why there are almost zero simple controllers with endless rotaries on the market. I've owned two Novation Nocturns, but they were both rubbish and jittery. The idea and design were brilliant, though (minus the fact that you had to go via Automap to get it to work). I also tried a ...

The new Novation SL MKIII
Looks kind of cool, but whyyyyy with the faders? Why not something dynamic, like touch strips that could follow along as you move around the set? I'd prefer motorised faders, but I imagine that would have raised the price immediately, so I'd be happy to give eight touch strips a chance.

Re: Rack-like Push device
I could never get my BCR back up and running after upgrading to Windows 10, and I can't understand why nobody makes things like it anymore. I kindly asked the Novation team for an endless knob version of their Launch Control XL a couple of years ago, but even though I got the impression they were pu...

Re: Stick with 10.0.2?
I think some users with older computer hardware have been experiencing trouble with 10.0.3, and I don't think you're losing out on a lot by sticking with 10.0.2 for now - they're supposedly fixing the issues related to .0.3 for the next version, so if I were you, I'd just wait. I had a single crash ...

Re: Push 2 style keyboard.
I've been thinking about this myself. While Push has always made me play melodies a bit more freely and rhythmically than a traditional keyboard, I've always struggled getting into the mindset of playing chords on Push. What I've found myself wanting, though, is a unit with the display, some buttons...

Re: New Komplete, including new Massive X coming from NI
Yeah, I think maybe "anxious" was a bit of an overstatement; it's just that it feels like I've waited for so many years for a new Massive, and Massive has been maybe the most important synth in my arsenal for a looong time. I really like forging sounds with Wavetable via Push, though, so I...

Re: Make one version of Live.
I don't see how that could work. It would of course mean just one version (Suite), but cheaper than it is now. It would still be too expensive for those who cannot afford Live Standard today, and you'd also lose the gateway drug effect. Live Lite is not a version that's for sale anyway, it just come...

I think I might jump on the Komplete 12 Ultimate train this time - lots of goodies in there! I'm anxious to see what new features Massive will bring to the table.

Re: 10.3 is unusable LAGS , UNUSABLE
Will a set saved in 10.0.3 open in .0.2? I forgot I had auto updates on, and when I opened the set I was working on, Live just quit - disappeared entirely from my screen when it had almost fully loaded the set. It didn't even show an error message (stopped responding or whatever). I launched Live ag...

Re: What's going on with Options.txt?
Would you (or someone else) like to elaborate on this? I really liked this tweak, because I really don't need a million nodes on my automation envelopes.Tarekith wrote:That function no longer works, there were changes under the hood of 10.0.2 that made it unneccesary.

Re: 10.0.2 release date?
Really? Maybe I'm just so used to getting the "new beta available" mails, then? Anyway, if there isn't usually an email notification accompanying a minor update, what is the problem? Who is not supposed to know that there is a new update out?Tarekith wrote:Not usually for point point updates.
