hey guys. so my correct mappings for the knobs to adapt to ableton macros is on program 1, and the correct mappings for the keys is on 2. i dont even know what the hell my pads are set to. but id like them to start where my drum rack uts its first slice when slicing to midi. any suggestions? thanks!

so ive used the mpd32 script with my 18 which is cool to see i can launch clips with the pad. but i was wondering if anyone knew of an actual mpd18 script to make it sorta behave like a launch pad. cos problem is if i use the 32's one i cant scroll up or down etc with the red square

my max for live keeps asking to install java se 6 but i have the latest java. when it pops up in ableton and says"do you want to install now?" if i click yes the supposed java that ableton links to fails. i am on mac os x 10.8. oh and max isnt even showing up on live 8 :/

For me I usually had the opposite, a good 75% id say of the drum loops i tried i ended up with snares being converted to kicks, so I usually would end up with double or triple the amount of kicks in a loop depending on the snare sound. At least the rhythm sounded close, but just annoying to have to...
