Let's get some support for a V-Stack type Device

Eveyone who thinks that Live could benefit from an independent, modular, V-Stack type device allowing Live'rs to use VSTi's via Rewire, let your thought be known. I say the device should be bundled with Live but be seperate so that you don't need to use it if you don't want to. In regards to your co...

Ryan + McMinimal Like what you have to say about VSTi's and Rewire. What are your thoughts about Ableton developing a simple V-Stack type app that would let Live'rs run VSTi's via Rewire into Live. The cool thing would be that it's an elegantly simple stand alone module that you could use if you wan...

I am a big Reason fan, but Absynth is a fantastic app and I create very different sounds when using Absynth then when I am in Reason. Plus, it would be pretty fantastic to play Absynth live along with Live. Traktor is brilliant and probably the best digital dj soft out there. I think it would be ama...

Native Instruments and Rewire

By the way, there are rumours circulating from credible sources that NI is considering Rewire implementation.

Rewire es mucho brilliant.

I have to agree.

Rewire es mucho brilliant.

Imagine being able to run Absynth, Kontact, or Traktor into Live via Rewire.

Is anyone using the PSP MixPack?

Is anyone using the PSP MixPack? There have been raves about the PSP Vintage Warmer on this board, but no mention of the PSP's other plug-ins. As the PSP demos are not really fully functional, I would like to know what people think before I splash the cash. I am a big fan of the Waves plug-ins for s...

Waves

By the way I love the Waves plug-ins.

I did quite a few comaprisons and they are really expansive and sophisticated in their sound. If you want a grunge-eeeish effect or sound don't go with the Waves, but to tweak the mix before redering, they really are the best IMHO.

Hi, You can probaly get a "cleaner" mix/sound by avoiding Live's bus. There is a lot of debate about the quality of DAW summing vs analog, and also which DAW does a better job of summing the final output. A lot is very subjective, so maybe do some tests wher you export individual tracks ou...

Waves Problem...Is it fixed Yet???

Does anybody know if the Ableton team fixed the bug where you can't save Waves plug ins with your Live set?

Running Mac OS 9.2 with Waves 3.0 VST

Any info would be super appreciated!

Hey Mbazzy, I just listened to your track "ElektroDuborama2themaxMix". Great name, great track. Which tracks were produced with what software? Did you jam live with Live and render it out without editing, or did you do some post on it? You should definitely try to make it out to the Mutek ...
