So, after checking again I can confirm that this is only happening when the Launchpad is plugged in, i.e. even if the nanokontrol isn't plugged in it's still mapping whatever region is selected to midi channel/cc 1/16 so long as the Launchpad is in use...

No, it's just plain midi mapping. Automap is turned off and I'm not using Control Surface.

Yes I do; it happens with just the launchpad connected or just the nanokontrol connected, so presumably it's not a physical fault with either one.

Update: Now or some reason the third knob on the nanokontrol keeps getting mapped to the top field of the second track that reveals its effects panel. What the hell? The constant midi/keyboard input also only seems to happen when I have the launchpad plugged in. I did JUST get it; maybe it's a fault...

Yep, live on the lower east side here. Getting into DJing with live; mostly psychedelic forms of tech house but also drum & bass, dubstep, psytrance, abstract breakbeat kinda shit and so forth. Often free.

Some of these are pretty impressive; would love to see one of his performances.
