its nice when songs are covered in different styles, just turning a depeche mode song into a house song is so boring. look at artists like Tori Amos who covered Slayers = Reign in Blood or Seu Jorge in Life Aquatic when he covers the bowie songs on acoustic and played in a bosa nova feel

Im in a similar state, I find that I create a nice sequence of strings or a bassline, then I work it up, and its like ok... where do I go now!? ... and it just ends up being the same thing for 5 minutes, and I cant work on it, I get stuck and I dunno where to go next etc... its very annoying :( anyo...

I think m-audio are decent. Looking thru their catalogue theres some great stuff I wouldn't mind getting and seeing the people that use it, kinda shows its not exactly crap gear.A lot of people also knock behringer as well, yet I also think they are great.
