Right click/ Cmd Click lists Audio plugs?
Rather than locating and dragging FX plugins from the browser, (which may not be open) how about a right click/Cmd+click in the Track View area drops down a context menu which displays the list of Live's audio plugs. Would be very handy and a nice workflow improvement. Doing the same on a Midi track...

Re: APC 40 FAQs, features and questions
Sooo, any plans to make the footswitch sockets 3 way programmable ( toggle on/toggle off/increment) like the Behringer BCR2000? (which also automatically recognizes the switch polarity and adjusts accordingly, unlike the APC40. Would be very useful if we could configure the footswitches. ___________...

Re: OT: meat is Murder
You believe that animal slaughter for the purposes of food harvesting is killing "for no reason?" Clearly there is a reason or it wouldn't be happening at all. Not at all, I'm saying that raising animals in metal boxes in cages slightly larger than the actual animal, or raising them so ti...

97% of America eats meat. http://www.vegetariantimes.com/features/archive_of_editorial/667 So yea, its reasonable to conclude that MOST of the world eats meat. Probably more like 80%. In India there are more prolly 40%-50% but they arent vegan because they like yogurt etc. While I don't disagree wi...

Re: OT: meat is Murder
Aside from the ethical/compassionate reasons (which are important to me) and the huge ecological benefits the argument for the health benefits is overwhelmingly positive. see, that's what got me interested in this thread: longer life! Greetings glamourboy, Some of the health benefits of a plant bas...

Re: OT: meat is Murder
Ah, but if I were trying to justify it to myself that would imply that I thought something "wrong" was going on. It's not that I feel something morally "wrong" is happening, it's that in the context of my cultural upbringing, thinking about animals being hurt causes a particular...

Re: OT: meat is Murder
Hello stringtapper Logical fallacy. For sure, granted. But the actual point I was trying to make is that with that type of ostrich thinking, absolutely any actions can be justified to oneself. But you probably know that already. And it was not an argument for moral relativism, but moral nihilism. Ev...

Re: OT: meat is Murder
Hello stringtapper, apparently you cannot see that your argument (for moral relativism) has a hole in it that one could drive a bus through  By way of illustrating the point, I took the liberty of altering your poem by substituting the word "children" for animals and beating for &...

Bagginz, could you sum up your video? I really do understand why you would want to shield yourself from any distateful images. But there is either: 1. taking the red pill or 2. choosing to stay unaware. Ignorance is bliss I'm well aware of the awful shit that happens at SOME farms and packing plant...
