I saw a post that the bug on the Invalid Product ID-issue was fixed on the 8.02-version. Now it seems it is back - at least, I have a set that I cant open any longer.

Maybe you need to turn up the gain on the input on the sound-card. The fast-track pro has very low gain. Be sure the track has ext in as input-signal. And in the audio-tab in preferences make sure the Fast track pro is listed as input. Good luck! I'm no expert - hopefully someone else will answer if...
