Re: Session OVR button : please stay ON when stopping !

btw. my workaround at the moment is to map session-rec (that's what you mean with ovr, right?) AND stop to one button. You have also to set the session-rec preset to (I guess its called) "start transport at recording" ... (right click on the session-rec button)

does it work for you?

Re: enhance the clip editor

hu?

- Just look at maschine or bitwig how much better the space is used. I'm also annoyed by the constant resizing from the Midi-Roll due to hide/show the options.
- Automation could also be much better integrated in the clip editor.

I suffer from this every time I use live.

launchpad mini vs normal?

Hey, just interested in some opinions (based on experience)... My idea is to get the mini. I like the form factor better, but maybe the pads are too small? Or are they fine? Any thoughts? Any Pros and cons?

enhance the clip editor

I think the usability and layout should be enhanced in this area,. - using the midi/audio editor with automation results in a very small width for the editing windows. There is a lot unused space on the screen, I guess when you look at the picture it's obvious what to do, right? http://www.myimg.de/...

priority #1 PDC fix

I had the dream that I read this on Abletons backlog... it's such a hassle. Even usability problems like the missing possibility to select multiple events are starting to be irrelevant in comparison. Doing sound editing with phase sensitive content with a couple of different plugins is really workin...

a new NI komplett around the corner? or should I just get it

I think about getting komplete9 update (from 6) due to the 50% sale at the moment. The only thing that let me hesitate is that komplete10 may just be around the corner. I don't have monitored the last couple of month what's going on... So could you guys educate me a bit?

bigger multitouch controller than the iPad?

First I have very limited multitouch controller experience... but I often ask myself if a really big multitouch controller would be great thing. Something like a 20" iPad with the lemur software, step sequencers and stuff like that. What do you experienced iPad users think about it? Do you feel...

Re: Ableton 9.1 Dual Monitor Support + more

First - note creation by clicking is much much slower with the new system, I have many gifs uploaded and sent many mails to Ableton about this. Double click to create notes in L8 : instant. In L9 there's a weird little dance the note and my cursor does. Sometimes notes aren't even created. It is a ...
