i cant get my drum racks to expand!!!! help please.

so there has to be a lcd contrast parameter, my mpc has it!
they need to put on in the hold+user mode for pad sens....
there is a blank section just asking to have a contrast control.

Finding live 9 a CPU hog!
At 1st I thought it was just wen using M4L...
But now I'm finding its just all of 9 is CPU hungry!
Ableton surely needs to address this by the next update.
I know it only 9.0.1 so I'm hopeful they will fix it by the next release!

Your going to love it!
I use it 2 ways....
One midi with a Kenton pro solo. That just for basic stuff.
But the best way is getting an expert sleepers module and silent way.
That way ableton and your modular will become one!

I started a thread about M4L and it maxing out the CPU. But last night a track I'd been working on that was very low on the CPU, 1 drum rack and 3 audio tracks with a few fx and it was suddely hitting upto 60%. The odd thing was I hadn't closed the season and only came back to it a few hours later! ...

I did use CPU hungry devices one I noticed they were eating into my meter.
I prob wouldn't use as many as I had set up, but it's still a concern if they are that heavy on the system!
I really hope they look into it further.
Is there a place to report this behavior?

Really? I would have thought m4l would have been better with CPU usage seeing that its such a big deal in 9.
So how many devices do people usually use?
Will this get fixed in an undate?

14 views and only one response, is no one else having this issue?
it seems to happen when using the device randomizer utility.
have at least 5 instances of it and let me know what happens.

Has anyone else noticed this???
If I run around 6-10 M4L devices my CPU meter shoots up to 60%-80% and I start to get crackles in my audio!!!
I'm running:
live 9 32bit MacBook Pro i7 16gb

I should have heaps of processing power!
