You should create warp markers in an audio clip on 4 transients they are near to the 1,1.2,1.3,1.4 position (not on) in one bar and move them not to the grid. You should quantised it. Take a clip there is normaly not synced on transients to 1/4 quantisation.
Then set 4 transients manually they are near to each 1/4 bar.
After them, quantize to 1/4, but do this while playing.

Now you will hear it.

if you put a audio clip in session view in a simpler you have not the 0 as a start point of the sample.
Of course in the audio clip is the first warp marker point 0 of the sample.

tested on OSX 10.5.6

if you quantize a audio clip in session view while the song is playing, after quantisation you are not in the right timing . First if you press start/stop, the audio clip quantisation works.

You can try it, if you do this while metronome is on. You will hear it.

yes i noticed it as well. You have a automation press "select all", then delete. The bullets are away, but the automation is always active.

sometimes it is difficult to see in the midi editor, where a whole bar is ended, because all numbers of counts have the same size.
It will be nice, if you can see the straight bar numbers in a different color.
