OK, i'm still f'ing stumped on how to correctly store Reaktor patches with a Live set... Any tips?

traveler is great, but had more features than i needed to pay for... i have a few small analog outboard mixers (not digital, so no need for wordclock), and a tube mic preamp, so i didn't need the extra 2 mic pres. i can't imagine ever needing 192 kHz sample rate, i use 24/44.1 and it's totally adequ...

I just got one, and it's amazing...

you can change sample rate in software, no problem. i also use 44.1/24 bit...

my latency is down around 7 m/s in AND out together

i just got an ultralite, it is excellent... totally smokes my old firewire 410... latency down to under 7 ms in AND out together! awesome... and it also serves as a stand alone digital mixer...

I'm picking up an Ultralite today. I'd love to hear from other Ultralite users how they like it, any tips/tricks, etc. Thanks in advance...

I've noticed that when I go to save a project in 5.2, sometimes the "File" menu items are greyed out, and can't be used. In order to save my project, I have to quit out of Live, and then it lets me save it as part of thei quitting process. Anyone else notice this? Needless to say, it's a b...

I've got a little cadre of friends that we call the "Live Hive".. we can swap loops, whole tracks, samples, whatever... the idea is to remove the specific ego of one individual and subsume it within the collective creativity... we've only just begun, but members are all over the place... h...

what kind of pedal board are you using?

It would be very cool to be able to assign a MIDI controller to the transpose knob when working with audio loops. That way, you could record into a new audio track with the transpositions taking place in real time. It would also be great to be able to "play" the location of the loop points...
