can i use rewire from intro and record previous sets from earlier versions to intro?

i hope someone replies.....it would be much appreciated

hey there.....i know how old schoolers hate to answer done to death newbie questions....i searched the forum and couldn't find anything on this i started ableton in live lite 7 which came with my apc 40....i quickly upgraded to 8 and then intro.....none of the versions seem compatible with each othe...

is there any way to wire the two versions together?

oh man...yeah im still on the lite.....i guess i should upgrade to a better version before asking any more questions....thank you for the response.......speaking of upgrading....i upgraded from lite 7 to lite 8.....but it doesn't seem to be like most software, where when you upgrade it just improves...

should i nix the midi cable from the out of the synth to the in of the fast track pro?
