How big is enough? Today I use 15GB of a 40GB HDD under Windows. Not being a pro I record max at 48khz 24bit, 96Khz is out of discussion. I saw that from 60GB to 80GB the fare is 50 Euros while 60GB to 100GB is 150 Euros... A boy in the Mac Store told me that changing disks drives viods Guarantee.....

Maybe the next revision of MacBook Pro. However, I would save the money and go for a MacBook with 2 GB and a bigger HD.

Hi, After my succesful test with Mac Mini I'm looking for a Mac. I'd like to focus on MacBook, but are the RSS problems solved by now? If I get one now I'm running some risks? Any suggestion? Minor issue: When (on OSX at least) multiple .als files are selected for install, only the last one is installed. The other selections are ignored. Same in 5.2.2. It's nasty because you have to remember which packs are already installed and which not. Minor issue? Not in the moment you have to inst...

When Live is closed and I double-click any Live Pack (e.g. factory stuff from Live 5), Live crashes after installing the Live Pack.When I use the menu to install a Live Pack everything is OK. I don't make live music. But in this case I would possibly prefer my Dell Inspiron rather than my MacBook. While the MacBook seems to be sometimes a little diva, the Dell is more on an craftsman: not really beautiful, but strong and reliable ;-) And I'm not talking only about hardware stability ...

Go for a MacBook. Of course a black one (looks very abletonish). Heat is since the firmware update no longer a topic. At least for my machine.
