Thanks for the advice, I need to get my kick and snares louder. Drums are the toughest part for me always.

I used the vocal stem for Seven Lions 'Fever' and built my own track around it

Crashes almost every time I load a new project........... It's just done it again right now

I have CPU issues with live 9 too.

Never had a problem with 8.

but 9 , although wonderful, also quite frustrating

I had live 8 suite 32 bit I have 6 gig of ram...Which I thought was more then enough So I bought live 9 64 bit suite. Then I read the FAQ by Ableton and they recommend 8 gig ram minimum!!!! My experience so far is very CPU hungry. Or at least it seems. Live 8 ran perfect very rarely is the cpu laggy...

Anybody know If I'm doing something wrong?

Why is 64 bit suite 9 so much slower and cpu heavy then 32 bit suite 8? I'm windows 7 64 bit 2.67gz i5 with 6 gig ram I Have to render things to audio much sooner then I had to before... Is there a reason for this? I was expecting to have a much nicer time with 64 bit to use extra ram But its actual...

I need to make room on HDD to install packs...

If I un-install live 8 and delete will it mess up live 9 ??

I've just installed suite 9 (64bit windows) It went fairly smoothly... execpt I can't get any sound through ASIO4ALL... I can get sound through my audiobox but not ASIO as I used to use in live 8 Anyone know why this might be??????? Thanks!! EDIT: I get sound through my laptop speakers with ASIO4ALL...

I have ableton suite 8. Would like to upgrade to Suite 9... I have a feeling this could cause me a big headache... Is there anything I should know before I do it? And preparation I can make? I'm talking about the installing, files folders type stuff... Also My hard drive might not have space... will...
