With 250% scaling you get effective 1536 x 864 resolution, Why bother with 4K then?I need something above 250% to get the 4k GUI to the same scale as my desktop

Re: PLEASE FIX THE SCREEN ISSUES
Nope, that's the opposite. That option deactivates the intelligent scaling. When the option is unchecked the GUI is the correct size but blurry because the pixel fonts have not been updated for Windows, when the option is checked the GUI is microscopically small this is an image of what the GUI loo...

Re: PLEASE FIX THE SCREEN ISSUES
But you can already do that manually for every Windows app.users with 4K screens could install version where fonts and everything is already resized inside the program and Windows shows it at 100% sizing

Re: PLEASE FIX THE SCREEN ISSUES
I use Ableton at 4K right now. And how do the GUI elements work for you? How do you scale all your plug-ins? Each plugin has its internal scaling, or doesn't. Live has nothing to do with it. Either way, I can use them just fine - some are just too small to be seen easily. For the most part I'm not ...

Re: Program launch time is 8 times slower than FL Studio
I agree that Ableton loads slowly even with brand new gear (SSD M.2, Ryzen, 3200/15 RAM) and relatively short list of plugins.
Then loading projects... oh. Loading M4L itself takes few seconds.

Multicore rendering
Okay, so now I'm at 8-core Ryzen. While it can handle everything I can ever throw at it at 88200, Ableton still makes no use of multiple core at rendering phase. Why cna it work in real time but not in rendering is beyond me. It still takes 10-15 minutes to render a track and this one really slows d...

I already requested this, however I'd like to see sharp notes on Push instead. That's just personal preference

Re: 4k SUPPORT... It's 2016.
Okay, so I got new 27" 4K monitor and Live likes it 8) All the interface scales nicely except of options window - but that's not something you visit often. Plugins scale individually - Sylenth1 and Harmor have scalable versions, other plugins are unaffected, AIR plugins have display issues. But...

Re: Drum Rack 'Layout' with 4x4 pitches of selected drum hit
What's the point of using Drum Rack here at all? You can simply load Simpler with a sample and play it at any pitch you want, especially if you own pad controller.

Oh yes, yes. I need this.
I was wondering if 4K monitor helps with that, but software solution would be cheaper

Re: Is Live9/64 ready for prime time ?
Sounds like you are just having some major issues there all around. If it's a fairly fresh system, have you tried reinstalling the OS and starting from a clean slate? If it's not fresh systems, reinstall it anyway. Old systems tend to get messed up if you don't care  I didn't have any issues ...

Re: Freeze/Flatten to MONO
Good point, +1juanneco wrote:The most frustrating part of all this is that I start with a mono vocal track, mono waves tuner, mono SSL channel strip, mono limiter and alas... stereo flattened track. Makes no sense. Please ableton, fix this soon.
