Hi, Don't know if this is exactly related to the same Tension's bug initially described as I am experiencing similar muted/cutted notes BUT moreover comparing the same presets with original AAS String Studio VS-1 virtual synth's ones does not give the same sonic results. Is it supposed to behave lik...

Re: MIDI Envelopes editing in Clip View
Is it a limitation by design ? It's a "limitation" (if you want so) by the MIDI specification. Note events and controller events are independent from each other. No DAW or sequencer that I'm aware of can 'lock' sustain events to specific notes. Well thanks for the reply but I wasn't meani...

Actually I've been playing guitar for longer than anything else, about 16 years now, and my main piano is NI's Akoustik, which I use almost daily. I still don't think anything under 20ms is worth worrying about. If you think that much latency is too much, I don't think you're ever going to be happy...

MIDI Envelopes editing in Clip View
Hi, Is it normal in Clip View that Envelope's datas don't follow corresponding Midi notes when the latter are selected in Note View and moved elsewhere in the same clip ? I did some edition on a Midi Clip in Note View with Sustain's controller datas (piano track) and was very surprised to see that w...

MIDI Envelopes editing in Clip View
Hi, Don't know if it's the right place to ask... The last time I did some edition on a Midi Clip in Note View where there was also Sustain's controller datas (piano track), I was very surprised to see that when I moved a portion of selected (between Loop Brace) Midi Notes elsewhere the corresponding...

Maybe not necesseraly an autozooming feature (though, why not...) but being able to unfold a track with a combination of modifier key+double clicking on one of its clips in the left Arrange view would be very cool ! but there will be 2 other zoom features that would be killer : 1- a shortcut for zoo...

any advantage upgrading from 10.4.9 to v10.4.10 v1.1 ?
Hi Amaury & Live users, Just got a new Mac Pro 2,66 GHz with Tiger 10.4.9 installed. Is there any substantial advantage (system stability, disk performances...) to update to Tiger 10.4.10 v1.1 with current LIVE 6.07 version ? Are all audio issues (audio pops...) really fixed with the 10.4.10 v1....

The main issue, is that SOME audio devices have problems turning on when they are only buss powered, the power supply in the newer MacBooks and MBP's is not as strong as it used to me. From various forums, the only audio interfaces that DON'T have this issue are MOTU's. Although honestly I'd never ...

Hey beubbo I did it on Mac, in system prefferences, it allows you to customize keyboard shortcuts for different applications. I reassigned mute/activate action of the F1 and F2 to some other crazy combination that I would never use, and assigned Zoom in out to them. It works a bit different form th...

(...) I bought a copy of Plogue's Bidule (http://www.plogue.com/) product that allows you to host AU's and VST's. Because I bought it I also had access to an AU version of Bidule. I was able to load the AU version on to an audio track in Live and send audio from that track to Bidule. Inside Bidule ...
