Sounds like they want a 24-bit version of your file(s), which means you probably bounced your stuff as 16-bit. As for the limiter part, did you bounce them with a limiter on the master track? If so, I'm guessing remove that as well.

Are you asking how to bounce the audio of the individual tracks or the master track? If so, the manual has this info:

Clips in Arrangement and Session view are completely separate and independent of each other (despite looking the same when you copy from one to other). Even if you could put a Locator in a Clip itself in Arrangement (not possible), it would not be put in any Clip in Session, they are not linked. ^^...

My audio sounds distorted, i have about 120, 808's i've tried, and they all sound quiet with the melody, but when i try to turn it up it's distorted, same with the kicks. Hi-hats and snares are fine. I'm assuming you're referring to the locators. It seems like this has been asked a few times over the years and that's it's just not possible. Session view is really optimized for this exact thing and makes switching single loops/sections/entire tracks for live performance a breeze, whereas arrangement view isn't really ...
