Acapellas?

So where do you kids go to get yours? Used to be that AcidPlanet, Acapellas4u, etc had all this good stuff, but it seems they've all kinda dropped off.

Any hints? I'm fiendin' to do a vocal track, been too long.

Another vote for this. I tend to play more than draw and miss the ability to do so now that I"ve started using Live. I can still slice and dice in Recycle and play in Dr. Rex (Reason), but yeah, the ability for live to do this would make it sooooo less time consuming.

The Dell's actually get great reviews, and I've seen a few (I do IT consulting) and they are nice, plus I believe Samsung OEMs the actual panel. . .a little above my budget though. . . worst case I'll just eat the extra $50 I guess, but was looking for something a little more inexpensive. Anyway, wa...

Here is a narrowed down search of all 19" LCD monitors w/black caseing and without built in speakers. newegg 19" LCDs They have good customer reviews and all that. Good place to do research and probably purchase from too. I have always had good experiences with newegg. Yeah, that's where I tend to ...

The response time tends to effect ghosting mostly (i.e. moving images like video and games), from what I've read. In theory if you're not that worried about games/video, then even 20ms should be ok, but as I mentioned I'd like something 12ms or below just in case. Doesn't seem to be much of a price ...

I've been debating that, but I figure I'll just get two 19" instead. One now, and then one later when I have the $$$.

Which Flat Panel Monitor?

Probably a pretty boring question, but I figured someone here might have some good insight as frankly, I'm a little lost. The basic gist though is that my 2 17" CRT's are slowly dying and it's time to upgrade. From what I've read, a 19" would probably suit my needs best as they tend to come at 1280x...

Kensington's seem to be pretty good/popular but I always found their button configs a bit too awkward for my tastes. Probably could've gotten used to it with time, but . . . I've been using the Logitech one for years . . .never failed me . . .it's built similar to a mouse (button location-wise), but...

Currently one of my favourite artists . . they come up with some sick shit. I talked to one of them once about a sound they had going on in "Pray 4 You". I forget which Plump it was now, but he said they used something called MoogerFooger (hardware) to achieve the sound. It's very similar to what yo...
