Re: Need tipps for suitable sample packages

Not into deadmau5, but that xfer sample pack of his is pretty awesome. I think you can get it for a hundred bones on loopmasters.

WARP WORK AROUND SP404SX

so i got a sp404sx. i've been sampling my synths into ableton, then exporting the WAVS. the issue i am having is, i've been working at 95 BPM. sometimes after warping, i won't end up exactly 95 bpm. (even with something as simple as a one shot) so i just adjust it, in the clip BPM (im usually not to...

Re: hardware sampler production techniques?

also, it's weird. i've been editing my samples in LIVE. trying to keep everything the same BPM, but the 404 seems to decide, on its own what the bpm of said sample is. whut up with that?

Re: Seattle VS Portland

Okay. Well. Let me say this... It's easy to say how fucking tolerant and accepting you are when you only let a few black people in the door.     Like Portland and Seattle, however, Austin waxes poetic about how liberal and tolerant and understanding they are about race and...

Re: Seattle VS Portland

from what i have heard, it wasn't always a liberal town, or friendly to minorities. in fact, portland and multnomah county, are pretty much, the reason OREGON is considered liberal.

I felt the same way. I had to give it a couple shots before I could sit through a season. it's definitely subtle.

Re: How often do you change your workflow?

i've gone from 100% in the box, to using mostly hardware synths/drum machines which i process etc. in LIVE.
i'm always tweaking, but this new set up is feeling really comfortable. i think i've been more productive this year, than i have over the last 5 or 6.
