I think that's a limitation of that version of Ableton ?
It's restricted in the number of tracks and vst instruments you can run ?

If you want my opinion, I would do a bit more mixing and mastering using Ableton's built in tools, and then at least you'll know what you think you're looking for (from other plugins) in the long run. You mention you're not that used to mixing yet, and so now would be the wrong time to start spendin...

Hey guys, I've been looking at upgrading from my two input audio interface to one with more inputs. I'm getting really confused with a few of the interfaces I've been looking at though. The Focusrite Saffire Pro 24, for example, is throwing me off. It's advertised as having 16 inputs and 8 outputs....
