There is no such thing as 'mastering a live PA'.
If you want good sound on your gig, get a good sound engineer who knows what they're doing, and for heaven's sake, don't go putting plugins on the master out, other than (maybe) a limiter.

Why don't you just cross that bridge when you come to it, for starters?

Re: Interface DI Box Question to all you Setup Freaks
You can simply connect your mic to your Audio 6 using an XLR to RCA cable, and since the Audio 6 has got no balanced inputs, the DI will do nothing whatsoever.

The IAC Bus does on a Mac what Midiyoke does on PC, but it works out of the box. You can enable it in the Audio Midi Settings app in Utilities. This is useful for routing midi between applications on the same machine, but won't be much help if you're using separate machines. In such case you can cre...

The product used on Jools Holland is this stuff using a custom built dmx controller available to hire from Panalux UK. A simple and cheap alternative which achieves the same result (for 1 strip at a time) is to use a dmx controller with a PSU like this one . This device is used to regulate the volta...

Re: what's the name of this sound ?
Am not asking jow to make the sound just asking what it called But that's the problem.... On one synth that type of sound could be called Hameem, and on another synth a similar sound could be called Space Powder. You won't know the name of that particular sound from that track unless you ring the g...

Am I the only one who's fed up with all the sore arses over "lack of reinvention" or whatever? Do you realise that people have been making awesome music for centuries with nothing but a piano, some paper and a pen? Yes, people also used to rub sticks together to make a fire. We clearly do...
