don't reinstall your os. it is now the weekend in east bumblefuck, where the ableton headquarters is located. if you reinstall now and are out of online unlocks, you will not be able to use your purchased version of live through the weekend...no matter how important the project. thank you :D I hope...

reverb is crippling my mix.

hello all. I switched to live 5 a few months ago. I really love it. I use batter 1.5 as my sampler, maybe 4- to 6 instances of battery per track. Whenever I try to add reverb to a track, I get many pops, and clicks. My cpu meter reads @ 60%. my setup is dual 1.3 ghz g4 w/ roland m1000 sound card. 1....

also, I have used motu pci products in the past, and love them. They work great

my favorite comdo, wat the motu 2408 combined with tascan dm24 digital mixer.

I have been using live five, for a few months now. I love the sequncer, the work flow. I use battery as my sampler. maybe 3 - 8 instances of battery 1.5. everything is fine, untill I try to turn on a reverb unit. I get mad, pops and clicks. cpu load @ 50%. this makes no sense. I willprobably go back...
