Re: Russel Brand On Revolution
Wow! Nine pages into the thread and we're finally back on topic. Funken, if you had bothered to read the editorial rather than just skip through it, you would know that Brand is calling for a revolution in consciousness rather than .... tinkering with a broken, outdated political system. Are you su...

Re: Russel Brand On Revolution
Ok I'll read it. [Skips through Brand editorial] Ok, he says very little as one would expect, some vaguely socialist rhetoric typical of a middle class arty farty type. Next. So you can't be bothered to read it but you can be bothered to dismiss it? I'll leave you and spaghetti brains to it (worked...

Re: Russel Brand On Revolution
if Russel Brand is the closest thing we can find to a thought/opinion leader then we are all doomed. The man is a vapid, narcissistic twat (IMHO) Brand would no doubt agree with your assessment of him, as would I, before I had read his editorial. The fact that it's published by the New Statesman an...

The Ableton lounge doing it's thing. How do two complete twats get away with it?
Brand is talking about a revolution in consciousness not some 19th century "ism". Read the article and get a clue.

Re: Russel Brand On Revolution
You're only talking about a worker's revolution based upon Marx. Bit of a narrow-minded view and far from forward thinking. Socialism/communism does not require leadership. That is nothing more than a con of the workers. I'm encouraged by the fact that the internet revolution has involved no "...

Re: fishman triple play midi pickup + ableton?
What sowhoso is saying is that that isn't reliable technology at this point, period. That's actually bullshit from what I'm reading on the KVR forum. It looks like these thing works very well from an audio to midi standpoint. Correct. I haven't had the time since I got mine to really delve into it ...

Re: fishman triple play midi pickup + ableton?
I have just installed my Triple Play. Live can see it as a plug-in My (probably stupid) question is, can I play Live's internal sounds, too with the Triple Play? How do I do that? Load an instrument into a MIDI track and set the tracks MIDI from to Fishman Tripleplay and arm the track for recording.
