Melodyne resynth of audio would be amazing too. I'm sure it could be licensed as an add in tool if the politics were worked out.

I nice way yo do this would be to use a rectangle click and drag to select may faders and drag them all at once. The same idea could be apply to multi selecting (using ctrl+click) knobs too.
