Why fork out for Maschine if you are happy with what you have

try ammending the cut-off frequency and see what effect that has

Yes, I find doing a performance rather then cutting and pasting accross gives much better results

I run Maschine with Ableton, the two work really well together

The key is to try to get the individual tracks sounding right within the overall piece.

By cutting the bass on most of the instruments you give yourself so much room. You can also gain some space by panning left and right especially in the higher frequencies

Its gone digital.

It works well for me and I make the ocassional remix and dance track

Have a look at K-V-R this site has a list of most VST's both free and commercial

I am waiting for it to work as well with Natives own Traktor pro as it does with Ableton
