good stuff!

I'll give that a go so, I've a live gig coming up and I've previously had low end problems with my mixes so I'm doing everything in my power to sort that out before that.

I've become very fond of my high pass eq's lately. :D

I tend to record the whole mix in logic then use the wave editor and "Save Selection as...." to save the loops I want for import into Live.

This is on top of the roll off you might apply to individual elements during mixing?

is there a Live 6 Performance Test thread?

Just wondering.

I can't seem to find one, thought there might be one as there has been for the other major updates.

it doesn't, you'd have to import the individual slices into impulse.

Yeah, this is exactly part of what's been frustrating me. I'd love to see a way to "turn off" the Arrangement. One button is all it would take! Looping a small section of silence is a pretty good workaround though, wish I'd thought of that. Assigning a key to the individual channel stop b...

300+

but I never delete ANYTHING.
my thinking is if I pressed save once then I thought it had something.
I often retreve older ideas and develop them quite sucessfully, even years after I've originally written them, so I don't mind hording Logic/Live/MIDI files.

Assign one button to all the channels stop buttons in the session view. press play on the transport then hit that button that'll stop all the clips so you can just paly around with the session view. dunno if that'll effect the automation though, should do I'd imagine. Perhaps you can assign the tran...

But if a guy like Chavez can convince enough poor people that he's their friend, and they want to bow down to him, I hope they enjoy themselves. I'm just glad, if it has to happen at all, that it's happening there rather than here. The reason the west is so Anti-Chavez is coz he nationalised the Oi...
